Policies

  • In case of cancellation of the excursion or tour due to weather conditions or any other kind of force majeure, we take no responsibility. The price of the excursion or tour will be refunded through Pay Pal in up to 20 days.
  • The price of the tour does not include the tickets for the entrance for Museums and the Volcano.
  • The company is not responsible and reliable for any injuries or accidents that happen due to bad behavior or not following the rules of the excursion/tour.
  • The client is responsible to be 10 minutes before the pickup time at the pickup point. In case the bus is not on time the client has to stay at the pickup point and after a 20 minutes delay call the contact number mentioned on the Voucher.
  • In case the payment transaction is not completed an email will be sent in order to settle it. If there is no reply within 48 hours of the email the reservation will be cancelled.
  • In case of cancellation 12 hours before the excursion/tour the total amount will be returned to the client through Pay Pal in up to 20 days. In case of cancellation in less than 12 hours no money will be returned.
  • In case of non show or delay at the pickup point no money will be returned to the client.
  • If the client has delayed and is not in time at the pickup point, the client can join the excursion/tour if this is possible. The transfer to the point where the excursion is has to be organized and paid by the client.
  • The client has to have the voucher of the excursion in a printed hard copy format in order to participate.
  • Customers are obligated to show a passport or identity card if asked.
  • By completing the booking an automated email will be sent to the email address that the client has inserted in the system with the details of the reservation and the unique reference number of each booking. Clients are obligated to print the voucher in order to participate in the excursion/tour.
